The central production unit is located in Peza, Heraklion, where the largest volume of bread, puff pastry, snacks, donuts and traditional products such as lychnarakia and kalitsounia are produced.
Within Heraklion there are the ice cream, sweets, syrup and pizza workshops that are baked immediately before delivery so that they are always fresh.”
