Terms and conditions of the competition

    1. The limited liability company under the name “Cretan Bakery Daily Bakery SA” located in Peza, Heraklion, Crete, P.C. 70100, with activity in the production and marketing of bakery products (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”) organizes the promotional action entitled “Give Away New Year’s Contest” and offers to 5 winners 1 bugatsa (450g e) and 1 Vasilopita (1kg e)

  2. The Contest will take place on the Facebook page.

  3. All permanent and legal residents of Heraklion, Crete, who have reached the age of 18 and have legal capacity, have the right to participate in the promotion.

  4. Excluded are the employees of the company and the Promoter’s Advertising Department as well as the relatives of all the above first and second degree employees and their spouses.

  5. The duration of the promotion is set from Monday 16/12/2024 at 09.30pm until Friday 20/12/2024 at 23.59pm (hereinafter “Duration”). Valid entries are those submitted within the time limits of the duration of the promotion.

  6. To participate in the action, the user must like the post, follow @kritikosfournosdailybakerycafe on Facebook and tag his/her friends. Alternatively, they should follow the page on Instagram.

  7. Each participant in the promotion cannot be a winner more than once.

  8. The competition is valid only for those who reside within the Prefecture of Heraklion, the gifts cannot be delivered outside the basin.

  9. The winners will receive the gifts from the store at 73 Olof Palme 73, Heraklion

  10. The prizes consist of 1 boogacha and 1 Vasilopita.The five (5) winners will be announced from their entries via Facebook post or Istagram post after they have done all the above mentioned.

  11. The winners will be announced after the online draw which will take place on Saturday 21/12/2024 at 12:00.

  12. Winners of the promotion, the five (5) winners will be declared after the end of the promotion, through a lottery procedure. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s offices by selecting random names and then notification will be made for the awarding – Receipt of the Prizes. The details of the Contest winners will be announced on the official page of Cretan Bakery Daily Bakery Cafe, via Facebook & Instagram post. The winners must send their details via facabook & instagram in a private message to the Promoter with a message within five (5) working days of the draw, or if found but declares that they do not accept their prize then the Prize will be DISCLAIMED and the Promoter reserves the right to dispose of it at its sole discretion. Each Entrant is solely responsible for the full and correct submission of their details. Prizes will be sent to the winners within a reasonable time by the Promoter.

  13. Cretan Oven Daily Bakery Cafe reserves the right to modify these Detailed Terms and Conditions of the Contest and/or cancel it, if deemed necessary, with an announcement on its Facebook and Instagram page.

  14. The Gifts are personal and cannot be exchanged or requested to be exchanged with other gifts or redeemed for cash at any price.

  15. Any entrant and/or winner at any stage may be disqualified for the following reasons:

  16. (a) in the event that, for any reason, you do not accept these terms in full or do not comply with them in their entirety, all of which shall be deemed to be material.

  17. (b) due to his/her incapacity as referred to in these Detailed Terms and Conditions;

  18. (c) if for any reason it is not possible to contact the Winner within the time limits set out in these Terms.

  19. Participation in the promotion implies unconditional acceptance of the terms of participation and entails the consequent waiver of any relevant claim against Cretan Oven Daily Bakery Cafe S.A. The Promoter’s responsibility is limited solely and exclusively to the availability of the planned Prizes. Entries with content that offends public decency and morality or has ambiguities or other technical defects will not be accepted. Also, entries containing content that is offensive to honor and dignity towards Public or Administrative or Ecclesiastical Authority or any third party,), content that is abusive, inflammatory, racist, or subject to the applicable laws or in any other way inappropriate in the absolute discretion of the organizer. Cretan Bakery Daily Bakery Cafe S.A. shall have no liability, criminal or civil, to any winner or third party, for any accident and/or damage and/or for any bodily or other injury caused to them directly or indirectly related to the Prize.

  20. The present detailed terms of participation in the promotion are posted on Cretan Furnace Daily (kritikosfournosdaily.gr)

  21. Personal Data, participation in the promotional activity constitutes a clear declaration of consent on the part of the participants within the meaning of Law no. 2472/1997 and Law No. 3471/2006, as currently in force, for the keeping of the winners’ data and their processing for the purposes of publicizing the names of the winners of the promotion and for the purposes of informing and communicating them about other promotional activities of the Company. The personal data of the participants will not be disclosed to third parties.

  22. Acceptance of the terms. Participation in the promotion implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.
